    CDG Engineers, Inc. is looking to add a degreed civil engineer to their St. Louis, MO office. CDG is a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm headquartered in St. Louis.

    The firm has approximately 80 personnel with capabilities in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines primarily servicing the fields of infrastructure, power, mining, industrial, and agriculture.

    CDG is known for solving some of the most complex problems in challenging environments and our staff is expected to regularly engage in high level problem solving to enable our clients to be successful.

    Job Description
    The right candidate is a degreed civil engineer with experience

    designing highways and roadways, and site developments. Experience performing road design and plan preparation for MoDOT, St. Louis County, or other state DOT's is desirable.

    Duties will include preparation of design drawings, specifications, and reports, as well as generating studies and cost estimates.


    Individual shall be self-motivated, able to manage time effectively, and able to stay within defined project budgets and work scopes.

    Good people skills are necessary to work collaboratively as part of a design team and to communicate with clients, other project personnel, and management.

    Written and oral communication skills are a plus. Some travel may occasionally be required.
    Job Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    Microsoft Office productivity software.
    Civil3D proficiency a must.
    Microstation, GeoPak InRoads or OpenRoads experience desired.
    Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.
