Essential Responsibilities:

1. To maintain facility cleanliness by means of sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, emptying trash, etc. the entire facility (offices, bathrooms, and production settings).
2. To keep cleaning products in stock.
3. To ensure that cleaning machines are in good working order (i.e. vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners. etc.).
4. Responsible for snow removal and salting of facility sidewalks.
5. Complete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor.
6. Cross-train in other production departments as assigned by your direct supervisor.
7. Follow all safety guidelines established by the company while cleaning (i.e. protective eye wear, steel-toed boots, etc.).
8. Follow all AS9100, internal quality policies, OSHA safety regulations, and company safety policies.

Job Requirements:

1. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
2. Minimum high school diploma or GED.
3. Attention to detail a must.
4. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day (as needed).
6. Experience cleaning in an industrial/manufacturing setting a plus.
7. Experience using a power floor scrubber is a plus.
8. All employment at IBC is conditional upon results from background and drug testing.
