- Start date: depends on the assignment
- Duration: varying durations averaging from 6-12 months
- Hours: 20-40 hrs per week
- Setup: Hybrid or Onsite
- Pay Rate: $50-90/hour on average
- Drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating a high-volume of complex commercial contracts OR experience with varying types of commercial litigation cases and/or e-discovery
- Experience with various contracts, such as: DPAs, vendor, MSAs, NDAs, sales, advertising, RFPs, SaaS, distribution, marketing agreements OR experience with discovery, motions, depositions, legal research and more in relation to commercial litigation
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high-volume of contracts and/or litigation cases with short deadlines
- Ability to provide 24-hour receipt acknowledgement of any emails/requests
- Ability to perform/complete work within 2 to 3 business days
- BONUS: Experience managing outside counsel, in specialized area of law or if based in the Nashville area
- Barred in USA and in good standing (TN bar a bonus)
- Based in Tennessee
- 2+ years of experience as an attorney in-house or at a law firm
- Ability to work independently and desire to work on a contract basis
- Comfortable with technology
