    About the Role

    As a seasoned Electrical Project Manager for Substation Development, you will lead our internal design team and collaborate with top-tier sub-consultants on large-scale projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage project timelines, quality, and finances to meet deadlines and success criteria.
    • Serve as a substation engineer, overseeing designs for medium and high voltage substation projects.
    • Ensure Ramboll QA/QC procedures are implemented effectively.
    • Host and facilitate design meetings, tracking progress from all disciplines.
    • Foster strong client relationships by conveying technical expertise through effective communication and aligning projects with client objectives.

    Your Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng., BS or MS).
    • 5 years' experience in substation facility design, including layout optimization and knowledge of major equipment associated with substations.
    • Significant project management experience, preferably within a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and development skills, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Professional Engineering License is highly preferred.

    Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
