    Description

    Radiology Supervisor

    Responsible for overseeing the activities and work efforts of employees assigned to a specific shift or modality. The supervisor may be expected to function as staff, actively engaging with employees on shared staffing models, employee engagement, process improvement, and continuing education.

    • Monitors practices within the Radiology department and implements changes that impact perception and quality.
    • Rounds with staff, providers, and patients to improve quality outcomes in accordance with ACR and DNV accreditation standards.
    • Promotes strategic planning to drive growth strategy.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required;
