- Design and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions, incorporating on-premises servers, cloud services (Azure), and network architectures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365. Configure and maintain Azure services (Azure AD, Entra SSO, Intune for MDM).
- Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline IT processes, improve efficiency, and minimize manual tasks.
- Manage Windows Servers, configure Active Directory, network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, NAS devices), and remote desktop services for on-premises systems.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls).
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud models.
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, preferably Freshservice.
- Experience with remote management tools - Connectwise, Teamviewer, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune.
- Familiarity with SQL Server management.
- Proficiency in Azure AD, Entra SSO, and configuring single sign-on for Microsoft applications.
- Prior oil and gas experience
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS or relevant IT Certifications
- This is a full time, direct hire opportunity
- This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
