Job summary

This is a great entry-level role for anyone at least 18 years of age and older, with a high school diploma and interested in working in the Behavioral Health field. In this position, employees interact with clients experiencing mental health emergencies.,

Responsibilities

,Provide consistent instruction, guidance, encouragement,and reinforcement to the clients that are committed to WellStone Emergency Services.,Regularly implements basic living skills training objectives and documents resident's progress in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record. ,Helps to coordinate activities ,conduct group therapy ,document client's progress ,and maintain electronic documentation in timely manner.
,Work closely with WES Treatment Team.
,Regularly completes documentation of staff notes ,incident reports,injury reports(shift observations),and other reportsin a timely and accurate manner
.
