LICSW Clinical Director (Social worker) - Washington, DC

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor will provide support and guidance to the Case Management team in our Permanent Housing Programs to ensure that we are in compliance with our funders by ensuring the quality of clinical documentation at all times.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide and make recommendations for improvement in providing clinical services.
• Collaborate to design and implement clinical training for staff with the Director of Case Management
• Serve as the liaison between the program and partner agencies including DBH, DHS in the PSH programs working in collaboration with the Director of Permanent Housing
• Trains newly hired case management staff in collaboration with the Director of Case Management

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work; must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the District of Columbia.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on one of the following areas: mental health, physical health, addictions, aging, trauma
• Minimum of 3 years of supervising staff.
• Knowledge of DC social services resources and compliance requirements
