What You Will Do

• Develop programs, applications, and websites using PHP (Laravel) together with or native JavaScript
• Improve the performance, scalability, and availability of our systems
• Develop cutting‑edge web applications with a user‑centric approach
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and proactively anticipate and address potential problems
• Collaborate with co‑developers and other relevant departments to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver world‑class results
• Provide regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate and take on tasks based on resolution priority and the company's broader vision and goals

What You Will Need

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Have 5+ years of experience in software product development
• Have hands‑on experience with PHP (Laravel) and or native JavaScript
• Have experience developing applications using Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Have experience building component‑based front‑end architectures
• Have a solid understanding of MySQL and/or NoSQL technologies such as Redis
• Have hands‑on experience with Docker
• Are familiar with source control tools such as Git
• Have experience deploying applications and sharing code repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
• Have experience leading technical projects, prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, and facilitating technical decision‑making and cross‑functional discussions
• Have a good command of both Turkish and English
• Have hands‑on experience with AWS (a plus)
