Description Testing: Conduct tests across all lab disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology Immunohematology etc.) for all age groups neonatal to geriatric Quality Assurance Monitor test data perform quality control conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot instrument/method issues Result Management Analyze and report test results identifying critical values and notifying appropriate staff Collaboration Consult with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals Compliance Adhere to Kaiser Permanente policies CLIA regulations and state/federal laws maintaining patient confidentiality
