Job summary
The Compliance Co-op will work closely with a senior member of the Compliance team and support a group of experienced compliance professionals in the ongoing maintenance,monitoring,and enhancement of the Firm's compliance programs.
- Support regulatory compliance activities related to the Firm's oversight by the SEC,FINRA,and other regulatory bodies.
- Conduct due diligence reviews on counterparties,vendors,and other relevant parties.
