    Description

    Seeking Double Weekends LPN

    • 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11:00pm
    • $500.00 Sign-On Bonus

    Other St. Ann's shifts are as follows:

    7am-3pm shift (Skilled) M-F

    7am -3pm shift (LTC) M-F (pass meds only)

    3pm-11pm shift (LTC) M-F (pass meds only)

    11pm-7am shift (Long Term Care) 4 on 2 off

    11pm-7am shift (Skilled) Weekend ONLY - Saturday & Sunday (pass meds only)

    11pm-7am shift (Long Term Care) Weekend ONLY Saturday & Sunday (pass meds only)

    Responsibilities and Purpose

    • Provide bedside care.
    • Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
    • Take vital signs and record to patient's chart.
    • Assist with resident comfort.
    • Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
    • Collect samples and monitor catheters.
    • Provide wound care.
    • Help coach staff as necessary.

    Desired Experience and Education

    • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing License.
    • Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
    • One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.

    Requirements

    • Ability to pass criminal background check .
    • Ability to pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES), which measures physical abilities.
