    Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant

    Part-Time and Casual Call Opportunities

    Available Shifts:
    These positions participate in the on call weekend and holiday rotations.


    • Every other weekend; 6:30am-12:30pm Saturday and Sunday, + OCW and holiday rotation
    • Every other weekend; 3:30pm-6:30pm Saturday and Sunday, + OCW and holiday rotation
    • Every other weekend; 10:30pm-6:30am, + OCW and holiday rotation
    • Casual Call: Build your own part-time schedule
    Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant


    Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence.

    What You'll Do


    • Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
    • Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
    • Memory Care cross training
    What You'll Need


    • Previous direct care experience, preferred
    • Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work.
    Our Wages


    • Our starting rate is between $17.00 and $ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion, and regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance
    • We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential as well as a Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.
    Qualifications for Higher Wages


    • CNA Training (any state)
    • Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
    • CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
    • Full Time Position
