- Support callers by processing claims, sharing general information, and delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other callers.
- Respond promptly to customer issues, taking full ownership and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers over the phone and in person.
- Stay updated on internal policies and procedures relevant to your role.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative assistance whenever necessary.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook office software is advantageous.
