    Description:

    Our team of Customer Service Representatives delivers top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients. We work in a cozy contact center setting, addressing inquiries about products and services and tackling customer issues head-on. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to all clients, offering information and resolutions promptly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support callers by processing claims, sharing general information, and delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other callers.
    • Respond promptly to customer issues, taking full ownership and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
    • Interact professionally and courteously with customers over the phone and in person.
    • Stay updated on internal policies and procedures relevant to your role.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative assistance whenever necessary.
    • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
    • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook office software is advantageous.
