As an associate, you won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll receive personalized mentorship with one-on-one check-ins, case reviews, and chairside coaching when needed. Dr. Shull is invested in your success
You'll have access to high-level tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3D printing, in-house milling, and more), a strong new patient flow (70+ per month), and a diverse patient base. We treat every patient with empathy and dignity, and we value your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
Even better? We're preparing for growth A brand-new facility is set to open in 2028, with 11 ops and more space for expanded services. If you're business-minded, there's a clear path to partnership after a couple of years.
