    Responsibilities There are multiple levels of these roles, and is contingent upon award

    • Participates in the identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of foreign and domestic systems, instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes.
    • Performs all-source intelligence analysis to determine threats from international or domestic terrorism, transportation architecture, smuggling, and homeland public health.
    • Reports changes, trends and implications regarding design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation.
    • Solves complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices.
    • Prepares briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results
    Solve a variety of structured problems by applying professional standards and Noblis concepts and methodologies
    Have knowledge of a particular area and a general awareness of other areas
    Working independently with general instruction, apply intermediate skills to deliver high quality work products and services to support projects
    Responsible for planning and managing project deliverables and engaging in open-minded interactions with clients and coworkers to deliver results
    Responsible for expanding your capabilities in current work and leveraging opportunities to grow through interactions across the organization
    Required Qualifications Must have Top Secret clearance
    Must be able to work on-site with the possiblity of some remote work in the future

    Junior Level:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Homeland Security, International Studies, or related and 2 years of experience
    Or a Master's degree in relevant field
    Or an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience
    Or a High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience.

    COmpensation:
    $70,800 - $123,900 Mid Level:


    • A Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Homeland Security, International Studies, or related and 4 years of experience
    Or a Master's degree in relevant field and 3 years experience
    Or an Associate's degree and 6 years of experience
    Or a High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience.

    Compensation:
    $77,800 - $136,200 Senior Level:


    • A Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Homeland Security, International Studies, or related and 6 years of experience
    Or a Master's degree in relevant field and 4 years experience
    Or an Associate's degree and 8 years of experience
    Or a High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience.

    Compensation:
    $103,800 - $181,700 Desired Qualifications


    • Top Secret / SCI clearance
    • DHS Suitability
    • Experience and knowledge related to Department of Homeland Security missions and agencies
    • Knowledge of multiple Open Source areas, techniques and approaches

    Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
    The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
    Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
    The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees
