Reputable, General Contractor with a steady pipeline on project including but not limited to Retail, Restaurant and Quick Service projects.

Competitive base salary plus $800-$900/month perdiem, $1000/month truck allowance and excellent benefits
Description

Traveling Superintendent Duties :
Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
Maintain OSHA requirements
Mentor less experienced construction professionals
Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
Utilize Procore
Travel required
Profile

Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications:
Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
Willing to travel across the U.S.
Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
Ability to create strong relationships with clients

Traveling Superintendent package:
~ Travel Package/ Per Diem - $800-$900/month
