    We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Construction Defect Law to join our growing team.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a team player, and have a deep understanding of the legalities surrounding construction defects.

    This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned attorneys on a diverse range of legal issues related to construction defects.

    The candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to completion, preparing legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc., and writing, reviewing, and editing reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents.


    Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in construction defect litigation.

    Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
    Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

    Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, and advising clients on litigation and dispute resolution strategies.

    Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in construction defect cases.

    Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain legal options, provide advice on legal issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    2+ years of experience in construction defect litigation.
    Strong knowledge of civil procedure, contract law, and tort law.
    Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills.
    Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
