    Job Description: Soliant Education is currently seeking enthusiastic School Paraprofessionals to join our team in the Orinda, California area. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a school-based setting for the remainder of the school year. The caseload will be assigned based on individual preference and availability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to students in various educational settings, including classrooms, resource rooms, and one-on-one settings
    • Assist students with academic tasks, behavior management, and personal care as needed
    • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
    • Support student engagement and participation in classroom activities and lessons
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment
