- Ability to coordinate and manage procurement processes including inbound deliveries, discussing technical and material requirements with vendors
- Coordinate internally with manufacturing, accounting, and shipping departments regarding part specifications, lead times, and invoices
- Identify and escalate ongoing supplier/contractor documentation issues to Procurement Team
- Review an open order list and communicate via phone and email with suppliers regarding purchase orders to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of parts
- Update purchased part lead times and technical data in internal ERP system
- Performing duties involving organization and maintenance of records and files for procurement activities
- Identify critical components for projects and provide support to ensure delivery is kept on schedule.
- Respond to vendor claims with timely resolutions related to purchase order discrepancies, delivery issues, shipment overages/shortages, and damaged and lost shipments
- Other Duties as required.
