You will be the Project Engineer supporting multiple Lines of Business and Functions across Aeronautics.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a diverse set of special projects (can include but not limited to the following types of projects: end-to-end value stream mapping/process improvement, improving application of Agile within Project Engineering, proposal/campaign support, technical problem resolution).
Lead development of Project Charters, Project Plans, and Project Execution.Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, Integration, and completion of Engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

EngineeringAeronauticsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering
Experience developing and executing Project plans
Interim Secret or higher security clearance
Desired Skills:
Proven and demonstrated leadership, organizational coordination, and communication skills.
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of senior and executive leadership
Budget management skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
