- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school is preferred, but not required
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process in a school setting.
- Availability during school hours to conduct therapy sessions and attend virtual meetings.
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.
