- Set up and operate iron worker machines to bend and form metal parts
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specs
- Select appropriate tooling/punches and dies for each job
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, stroke length, and back gauge position
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measure
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as required
- Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of plasma cutting, stamping press, lathe, shear, and crane operations is a plus
- Previous welding experience preferred
