    The Sr. Actuarial Product Analyst will be a hybrid role, working 3 days/week in either our West Palm Beach or St. Petersburg, FL office.

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Work with diverse state teams to develop product and pricing proposals.
    2. Gather and analyze data (both internal and external) in support of our product and pricing proposals for assigned lines of business/regions.
    3. Prepare insurance filings for regulatory approval, respond to insurance department inquiries, and negotiate filing approval.
    4. Participate in system testing of new products and enhancements.
    5. Support the Underwriters and Vault Concierge by providing technical support in policy quotes.
    6. Provide training support to Actuarial and Pricing Analysts.
    7. Innovate and help ensure streamlined implementation and product profitability.
    8. Strategic and thoughtful about decisions regarding the product and the impact on the ease of doing business with Vault.
    9. Have a sense of urgency around resolution, keeping management informed, and following up in a timely manner.
    10. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Minimum 3 actuarial exams with a desire to pursue a designation in the CAS with support from our actuarial study program.
    2. Minimum 5 years' Actuarial or Product experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry required.
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    5. Strong ability and desire to provide service levels that exceed industry standards and promote teamwork across functional areas to cultivate an environment of collaboration.
    6. Strong aptitude working in a highly competitive market, being innovative in business production and retention, and being able to adapt to changing markets and internal requirements.
    7. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
    8. Resourceful and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    9. Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
