    In this role you will be contributing


    your knowledge and ideas in helping our Professional Services team on implementation projects of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) family of products.


    You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

    You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


    This is a hybrid position – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote – and will report to the EMEA Director of Professional Services.


    Your Impact on The Organization:
    Create, maintain, and communicate project and communication plans and processes.

    Plan, communicate and execute kick-off meetings with client and internal resources.

    Support the definition and communication of project responsibilities with stakeholders (sponsors, clients, technical staff among others).

    Support and carry out the defined Project Plan in terms of resource and budget.

    Manage the project tasks, and their individual assignees to ensure they are accomplished in the allotted time.

    Manage the project budget reporting on the project progress along with its expenditures.

    Manage the project scope, triggering the change control process whenever necessary and carrying the process through until completion.

    Maintain project time frames, budgets, and status reports.


    Coordinate meetings among team members including multiple stakeholders having the ability of documenting them in writing to follow up on the decisions and action items agreed upon.

    Understand client needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels; address concerns promptly.

    Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.


    Understand, and support management in maintaining and carrying out course corrections in the resource management to support the pipeline of projects of the Professional Services Team.

    Identify potential risks associated with service delivery and develop mitigation strategies.

    Implement best practices to promote overall service delivery capabilities.

    What You Will Bring to the Team:

    Strong and organized individual

    Excellent facilitator with the ability to work and direct teams to successful completion of projects

    Strong sense of urgency to act in a timely manager on the multiple different events of a project.

    In depth knowledge of the Project Management discipline with proven track record of delivering medium sized project on time and within budget

    Extensive experience managing software development and implementation projects in highly complex environments and mid to big sized companies (> 5 years)

    Superior written and verbal communication skills in the English Language

    Strong knowledge of MS Project and the tools in the MS Office package (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

    Superior customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and objective manner

    Excellent presentation skills

    Solid knowledge in resource management and resource forecasting.

    Ability to manage multiple service delivery projects concurrently.

    Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods (up to 35% on average)

    Will be considered a plus:
    Technical knowledge of software development lifecycle

    Knowledge of RDBMS, cloud technology including their applications and infrastructure, virtualization (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), programming languages, communication protocols, networking, among others (not a MUST requirement but a highly desirable one)
