    Description
    Supervises and oversees bar operations, ensuring that all bar stations and bar operations are maintained according to standards. Serves beverages and/ or food to guests in friendly, courteous and timely manner. Prepares beverage for other servers to supply guests and acts as cashier. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.

    -Maintain bar inventory and supplies, putting together an order list for beer/wine/liquor/glassware by Monday or Tuesday of each week.

    -Assist with recruiting. Train staff on the standards and procedures for beverage service.

    -Manage bar training, ongoing training of bar staff and new hires to the bar team

    -Monitor and supervise beverage service. Resolve employee and guest-related problems by maintaining a positive atmosphere for all.

    -Utilize knowledge of third-party liability and all liquor laws. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.

    -Assists in supervising assigned staff, holding the team accountable for actions/inaction

    -Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures.

    -Display knowledge of beers, wines, and liquors. Utilize knowledge of basic drink service and bar terminology.

    -Maintain a clean bar area, making sure bar staff is following through on daily and weekly bar maintenance, ensuring the effective maintenance and cleanliness of the beverage operation.

    -Complete all bartender duties, when necessary, drink creation, guest experience, etc.

    -Assist management with beverage controls and other administrative tasks.

    -Maintains drink recipe documentation, bar book, cocktail recipe cards, plan and present bar menu to management once a season

    -Performs opening and closing of the O=outlet in accordance with the MOD checklist and can execute those duties without other managers present.
