    Description

    Role Description

    This is a part-time on-site role as a Surgical Tech Instructor located in Flowery Branch, GA. As a Surgical Tech Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing students in surgical technology procedures and techniques. You will develop lesson plans, deliver lectures, lead practical demonstrations, and evaluate student performance. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Surgical Tech in a healthcare setting
    • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
    • Excellent knowledge of surgical technology procedures and practices
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to effectively instruct and evaluate students
    • Patience and empathy when working with students
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
    • Current knowledge of industry trends and developments
