    The Systems Analyst will support our PLM implementation, including maintenance, new development and problem solving to provide the company with a reliable PLM solution.

    Job Description
    Under general direction,

    provide

    support to end-users in troubleshooting technical issues

    ,

    provide

    training and

    maintain

    configuration and maintenance of Centric PLM

    .

    Works with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and provide solutions to meet those requirements.

    Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self

    .

    Functions as a task owner on projects; coordinates with others, schedules and communicates work progress and

    is responsible for

    delivery of assigned scope of work.

    Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work;

    assists

    in developing methods and processes when

    required

    .

    Under general direction, leads and/or

    assists

    team members and customers with problem solving related to software application performance and usage

    .

    Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures

    .

    Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Centric PLM software and make recommendations for improvements.

    Develops technical and business

    proficiency

    through education and work assignments.

    Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager.

    Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
    Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a

    Business

    discipline or related field or equivalent work experience.

    Experience in troubleshooting and

    providing

    technical support

    and training

    to end-users

    .

    2

    or more years of experience with PLM

    and corresponding reporting/analytics tools.

    (Centric experience preferred)

    Ability to proactively

    identify

    issues, calculate risk, and either resolve or escalate to the

    appropriate level

    of visibility.

    Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

    .

    Ability to

    operate

    independently or as part of a team and complete agreed-upon deliverables within established

    timeframes

    .

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience in the apparel or retail industry

    preferred.

    Knowledge of Centric PLM software modules, including product specification management, material management, line planning and calendar management

    preferred.

    Working Conditions
    Remote.
    Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.

    Salary Minimum
    $76,000.00

    Salary Maximum
    $84,000.00
