The Data Analyst Level 1, under the general supervision of a project manager, supervisor or technical architect, queries and analyzes data and creates reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business and clinical insight to aid decision-making pertaining to the core business and its needs.

The Data Analyst Level 1 is assigned tasks of low to moderate complexity and receives assistance when necessary from a project manager, technical architect or senior developer.

The Data Analyst Level 1 brings innovative ideas to the attention of their project manager, supervisor or technical architect before implementing them.

The Data Analyst Level 1 demonstrates clear communication skills, the ability to build good relationships with team members and end users and possesses exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Collaborates with project stakeholders to better understand valuable objectives and KPIs and to design relevant reports and dashboards. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
