We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Wound Nurse to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing and managing the facility's Wound Prevention and Treatment Program to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.Responsibilities
- Assess skin condition on all new admissions using a standardized assessment tool.
- Collaborate with the Wound Care Team to determine appropriate wound prevention strategies.
