- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to caregiving staff, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Recruit, training, and supervision of staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
- Participate in and help organize resident activities and events.
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed, 24/7.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Must be willing to live on-site and be available for emergencies 24/7.
