Job summary
The HELOC Lending Specialist provides support to second mortgage originations while promoting service, quality, efficiency and compliance.We are looking for someone who understands mortgage industry regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Community Reinvestment Act,
Truth-in-Lending laws etc.,
and has proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
,Outlook as well as experience in ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass preferred.
