Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identify and locate new customers through a variety of methods including networking and cold calling while continuing to service existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales and apply knowledge of the products and services offered by Goldfinch Brothers, Inc. to match the needs of the customer.
• Provide information, quotes, terms, and other bid specifications including negotiation of pricing.
• Manage and maintain sales account statuses and leads reports and submit weekly work plans.
• Collaborate with vendors, purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
• Recommend changes in products and services to the customer by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Monitor current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years experience of residential window sales (or related product) a must.
• An associate degree preferred from a 2 year or technical college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
