    Youll complete the manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of the building.

    You will also perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength which would include but are not limited to the following:

    Essential Duties:
    Remove wax build-up from baseboard, corners and edges of floors.
    Strip or scrub and refinish appropriate floor surfaces.
    Scrub ceramic floor tile areas.
    Wash walls with detergent germicide or neutral cleaner.
    Remove spots from carpet andor upholstery.
    Extract dirt from carpet andor upholstery.
    Dust mop, damp mop and burnish appropriate floor ply with all safety policies and procedures.
    Maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees.
    Maintain and clean equipment.
    Notify supervisor or lead custodian of equipment needing repair andor replacement.
    Follow all work procedures and standards according to the quality management pliance with company policies and procedures.
    Police all areas in addition to common areas.


    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.
    Knowledge or experience in floor care andor related field desired.
    Available for shift work.
    Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive tasks.
    Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisor and other workers.
    Ability to lift 50 pounds or more routinely.
