    A growing Kansas City manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the team.

    The Contracts Administrator will handle a variety of tasks that includes:

    • Review contracts and make any necessary updates and/or changes
    • Enter Purchase Orders and Sales Orders into system
    • Maintain and update supplier and consumer contracts into system
    • Assist with scheduling and managing shipment of products
    • Manage payment receipts and applications
    • Assure invoicing and payment application upon receipt of funds
    • Load receipts
    • Enter production documents and market data
    • Aid in the bid process
    • Work very closely with Project Managers on anything they need

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • 3-5 years of experience working with contracts
    • Excellent Excel skills
    • Experience using Google Docs
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
