    Job Description

    We are on the lookout for a skilled Line Cook to be part of our team, responsible for preparing and cooking various scrumptious dishes for our restaurant patrons.

    You exhibit a strong passion for delivering top-notch dining experiences with delectable and high-quality cuisine. Your expertise in the kitchen allows you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and foster a welcoming and efficient team environment. Ideally, you hold either ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification.

    Responsibilities:
    • Inspect and sanitize food prep areas and equipment to maintain food safety standards
    • Monitor food quality and freshness, rotate stock, and oversee inventory
    • Ensure proper cooking and storage temperatures are maintained
    • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal expertise
    • Attend to guest feedback promptly and professionally
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant setting preferred
    • ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification required (or willing to obtain)
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Capability to lift items weighing 30+ lbs.
    • Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
