    The Senior Manager, North American Sales is responsible for working with the Territory Development team to develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business. This includes working with Geminis top customers, identifying new business prospects, building relationships with customers and influencers in the sign industry and partnering internally to drive growth.

    In this role, you will be a sales expert, fluent in Geminis products and the Signage market, and how to navigate the market landscape to drive new business growth. Success is based upon your ability to meet or exceed established sales targets set by the organization.

    Team Leadership (25%)

    • Manage, coach and develop the Outside Sales team across North America
    • Establish annual Sales Plan and corresponding performance incentives
    • Leverages training, tools and technology to enhance team effectiveness
    Sales Planning & Strategy (25%)
    • Aligns sales strategies with Geminis go to market strategy
    • Responsible for annual sales growth planning
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
    • Contributes insights about customers and the market to better inform Geminis strategic planning process
    Territory Growth (50%)
    • Supports the team of Territory Development Managers and Channel Sales Managers in growth plan execution
    • Partners with team to develop new business opportunities
    • Represent Gemini at key industry meetings, shows and events
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business or related field
    • Signage Industry experience preferred but not required
    • Minimum 5 years experience managing a sales team
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Familiar with CRM tools
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
