    Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead and manage all service support and service management processes for project specific engagements as part of the ongoing services to our clients.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillsets, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities.

    As a Program Manager, you will:

    • Provide program planning and execution, oversee communication across tasks, ensure continuous process improvement while improving overall customer experience in a contact center environment
    • Ensure that quality work is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
    • Develop project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
    • Manage work streams and coordinate resources across multiple development teams
    • Gather and present metrics regarding project status to clients, technical leads and CGS Program Manager
    • Proactively develop and implement efficiency improvements that can be implemented in several areas
    • Facilitate effective communication and establish risk and issue mitigation plans to promote project success
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation such as system requirements in a continuous testing and deployment environment
    • Provide guidance and coaching to team members and leadership

    Required Qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizenship is required.
    • Active Secret Security Clearance required.
    • Eligible maintain Government Security Clearance.
    • 10+ years of experience in program management, in a contact center environment.
    • excellent leadership skills to effectively manage the team responsible for the system migration. This includes the ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance and support to team members, and make informed decisions.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. This certification demonstrates expertise in project management best practices and requires 3 5 years of experience in project management.
    • Effective communication is crucial for a Program Manager to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments involved in the system migration. This includes clear and concise verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical individuals.
    • Must have an IAT level II certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA, CND, CysA+ or higher level certification
