    Days: 260/8 hours

    Scope Of Responsibilities

    Oraganizes, plans, directs, and supports the Operations division leadership development programs and coordinates the analysis, drafting, and continual appraisal of operational procedures for system-wide improvement.

    This position collaborates with all operations division departments to plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of professional learning sessions, key performance indicators, development of process/procedures, standard operating procedures, collective bargaining contract training, monitoring leadership retention within operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree

    Five (5) years of successful administrative experience

    Project management experience

    Demonstrated leadership ability within diverse groups

    Effective communication skills
