- Work closely with sales, customer service, tax teams and commercial finance director to ensure account issues are resolved.
- Participate in tracking and trending of internal process issues to drive continuous improvement and streamline collections.
- Deduction resolution:
- Gather necessary information PO/POD's, quotes, collection notes.
- Work closely with the individuals responsible for determining outcome.
- Manage CIA accounts.
- Manage accounts with less than $50K credit limits.
- Assist with account set-up.
- Gather necessary information to complete scheduled credit limit reviews.
- Manage Team in-box.
- Follow and maintain the visions outlined in the team Value/Culture Statement
- Knowledge of credit/collection processes, tools, and strategies
- Excellent communication, time management and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Key member of the Credit and Collections department reporting to Sr. Credit Analyst. Assisting in the timely resolution of customer deductions and accounts receivable collections.
