    Duration: 9 month contract

    We are partnering with a multinational consumer goods company to hire on a senior Project Manager for a 9 month contract.

    As an Enterprise IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, oversee project execution, and facilitate change management processes. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the successful delivery of IT solutions that support our business goals.

    The program will implement capabilities for the company to enable Book Publishing and Live Event Experiences to expand product offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement program management strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and operational objectives.

    Lead cross-functional project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

    Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT projects meet business needs and expectations including running SAFe PI planning, and Scrum Teams as a Scrum Master.

    Oversee risk management and quality assurance processes, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.

    Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and changes.

    Champion change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.

    Drive continuous improvement in IT program management practices, incorporating best practices and lessons learned into future planning.

    Manage program budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of successful IT program delivery.

    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.

    In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum) and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).

    Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformation.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
