    The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Burlington is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant . This unique position is responsible for working with and supporting the General Manager, including Human Resources responsibilities in the following areas:

    Executive Administrative Assistant

    • Assists with assigning all AAM15 and Hilton Brand Training to all levels of line and managerial staff within the hotel.
    • Maintains and records all training completed and notifies the Executive Committee member and the General Manager of the individuals and training which need to be completed.
    • Organizes and insures the efficient expedition of all administrative time sensitive documents to the Corporate Human Resources Department on a timely basis.
    • Organizes with the General Manager and Sales leadership all team member group rallies, town halls and Hilton and AAM15 CARE events, as well as any planned and needed group training.
    • Participates in AAM15 and Hilton Brand on Boarding and Orientation when needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
    • Monitors all due dates and when necessary, sends out reminders to Department Managers and their respective Division Heads the upcoming dates reviews, reports, PAF's etc. are due to the Corporate Office.
    • Participates in expanded training of all staff, Management and Non-Management to ensure that the hotel is always current with the Hilton Brand and AAM15.
    • Takes Minutes weekly for both the Executive Meeting, held every other week and Hotel Staff Meeting on the alternative weeks.
    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

    • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year in hotel or conference in an administrative role preferred.
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to exceed expectations of our team members
    • Negotiating Skills
    • Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, as well as training and gaining knowledge of Hilton Lobby and Paylocity
    • Business Hours Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00PM

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $26.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
