Job Responsibilities:
Contact carriers and drivers for updates while loads are in transit and report and issues to the proper parties either internally or externally
Obtain proper documentation from carriers to verify eligibility to work with Transend
Request and obtain proof of delivery for delivered shipments
Assist Sales Representatives
Other duties as assigned
