- 5-8 years of experience in benefits & pensions administration. Prior experience in Canada and US is preferred
- Familiarity with the laws and regulations affecting HR, Compensation, & Benefits in Canada
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment and independently
- Experience in a flexible/hybrid working model
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English required; Advanced proficiency in Canadian French is a bonus
- Support the North America C&B leadership team in designing and implementing benefits for Clients Energy North America
- Handle operational and administrative tasks for benefits and pension plans
- Review processes and suggest/implement enhancements for efficiency
- Generate reports and perform analyses for benefits & pension administration
- Manage quarterly and annual compliance activities for benefits and pension programs
- Prepare materials for presentations and communications related to compensation & benefits
- Address HR queries regarding pension and benefits
- Assist with project management tasks for the C&B leadership team
