    Riley Power group, LLC is a full-service maintenance and capital construction services company. We work nationwide on challenging industrial projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support 3rd shift operations, with flexibility to work any shift.
    • Maintain a commitment to safety and quality.
    • Operate and maintain Water Jet machines to specified tolerances.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Set up, operate, and maintain Water Jet machines.
    2. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
    3. Cut materials according to specification.
    4. Perform standard shop computations and measurements.
    5. Use precision tools and instruments.
    6. Maintain the machine through daily tasks, PMs, and replacement of wear & tear items.
    7. Repair major mechanical components, including rebuilding articulating wrists and bearings.
    8. Create or modify geometry programs for cutting.
    9. Verify machine accuracy through test cuts and recalibrate as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of related experience with High School diploma/GED and/or certification in assigned area preferred.
    • Water Jet Machine operation and maintenance experience required.
    • Plasma Table Milling experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with FLOW Water Jet Machines preferred.

    • Table size 45 ft x 14 ft
    • Max Cut Thickness 9"
