    Role Type: (PRN to Full-Time)

    Exalt Health is an acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to providing intensive rehabilitation programs for patients with various complex needs such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and more.

    Position Summary

    As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you play a vital role in assisting patients on their journey to independence.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Join our care team and take on responsibilities including:

    • Patient Care: Assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
    • Comfort and Support: Providing emotional care and ensuring patient well-being.
    • Maintaining a Safe Environment: Following cleanliness protocols and assisting with housekeeping.
    • Communication and Reporting: Keeping the care team informed about patient needs.
    • Data Collection: Documenting patient information accurately.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    Licenses or Certifications

    • Must have current BLS certification.
    • Current Nurse Assistant certification in applicable states.

    Education, Training, and Experience

    • Prior CNA experience is a plus.
    • Strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
    • Physical stamina for patient assistance.
    • Positive attitude towards rehabilitation efforts.

    • Organizes tasks effectively and meets responsibilities promptly.

    • Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment.
