    Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

    Duties: Design, develop and implement real-time streaming solutions using Angular 6+ to transform batch process to real-time business and customer service interactions. Use Spring Boot and Microservices to implement REST API's by pulling data from different source systems according to functional requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing and performance testing. Use JIRA to plan, track, and mange agile and software development projects. Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to conduct daily scrum calls and deliver sprint items throughout software development projects. Analyze business and data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze existing services to enhance real-time solutions that provide business value to group. Design and implement automation processes to control data access, transformation and movement to ensure source system data availability and integrity. Perform defect analysis to collect information of root cause analysis. Identify and segregate scopes based on complexity to prioritize tasks and provide an estimation. Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs. Conduct applications systems analysis and programming activities. Ensure appropriate integration of functions. Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve high impact problems and projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Apply expertise in data analytics and knowledge of applications programming in Kafka, Java, Angular and CSS to ensure application design adheres to architecture blueprint. Utilize knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Provide analysis to define issues and develop solutions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

    Requirements: Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, or related position involving systems analysis and programming of software applications. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Angular 6+; SpringBoot and Microservices; REST API's; Kafka, Java, Angular and CSS; JIRA; Agile and Scrum methodologies; Data visualization frameworks.
