- Coordinate travel schedules for Admissions Counselors to maximize outreach opportunities.
- Schedule visits to feeder schools and private school fairs, building relationships with secondary school counselors.
- Coordinate on-campus visits for prospective families by collaborating with available student ambassadors, faculty, coaches, and the barn for campus visits.
- Maintain campus visit schedule.
- Organize open houses, revisit days, and other campus events as developed.
- Assist with registration and commencement activities to ensure a smooth experience for all.
- Maintain a database of sending schools and a log of contacts with secondary school counselors.

- Duties as assigned to support the office and the School
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to engage prospective students across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
- Assist in creating compelling and informative social media content, including text content, visuals, and videos.
- Dovetails efforts with Admissions and Marketing Interns
- Assist in monitoring social media analytics and report on key metrics to measure campaign success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media channels.
- Utilize experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design to attract target audiences. (preferred)
- Participate in creating and maintaining a social media calendar to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Conducts website maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (preferred)
- Experience with Google Adwords, geofencing, and landing page design (a strong plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in admissions or social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRMs including HubSpot (preferred), Blackbaud, or SchoolAdmin
- Experience with email marketing
- InDesign, CapCutPro, PremierPro, FinalCut, etc. experience required.
