    Job Title

    Office Manager and Executive Assistant

    The Office Manager and Executive Assistant will support the San Francisco office across various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations in conjunction with other Executive Assistants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Access Management: Properly manage access to the office for employees, third-party service providers, and stakeholders.
    • Mail and Services: Manage all mail and services for the office.
    • Calendaring: Manage calendars and activities for the COO, Vice Chairman, and other leadership team members.
    • Travel Logistics: Support travel logistics, conference attendance, and event management for the leadership team.
    • Supply Management: Ensure the office is properly stocked with required supplies.
    • Project Execution: Manage local logistics for meetings and corporate events, execute office projects correctly across subcontractors.
    • Team Coordination: Coordinate team workweeks in the San Francisco office and support coordination of company-wide events.
    • Administrative Priorities: Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and office managers on administrative priorities for the leadership team and teams using the office.
    • Cyber and Physical Security: Support the Cyber and Physical Security Committee and other compliance-related matters.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of work experience supporting office management and administration for teams of executives.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Resourcefulness: Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative.
    • Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with high standards for execution.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Microsoft Suite: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
    • Notary: Notary or willing to become a notary.
    • Event Coordination: Event coordination experience is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Highly competitive remuneration from one of North America's leading energy storage developers, owners, and operators. Based in San Francisco with occasional work-from-home acceptable depending on workload and office-based requirements.
