    Job Description

    On Line Design, Inc. is currently looking for a part-time Payroll Specialist / HR Generalist to join our corporate team in Springdale, OH. In this role, you will take on basic HR responsibilities as well as helping with our payroll processing. This is an on-site position - it is not remote or hybrid.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help process payroll every Monday
    • On boarding of employees, including coordination of background checks, drug screens, and I9
    • Oversee 401K, insurance, and benefits enrollment
    • Manage other general payroll and HR related tasks as needed
    • Compose and send out corporate communications

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience required
    • 3+ years experience in payroll, accounting, and HR preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
    • Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, pro-active planning and organizing, strong sense of urgency
    • Ability to work in a team environment and customer service oriented
    • Must be authorized to work in the US

    Part-time 20-30 hours/week flexible; must be available on Mondays. No relocation is offered with this role.
